This study aimed to determine the degree of availability of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) standards for Educators from the viewpoint of teachers in Rijal Alma'a Governorate.

The study also sought to identify the degree of teachers' practicing of these standards in their instruction from the point of view of supervisors.

For these purposes, the descriptive-Survey method was employed, the sample of study consisted of (320) teachers (195 male, and 125 female) as well as (39) supervisors (21 male, 18 female).

In addition, the seven ISTE standards were adopted namely Learner, Leader, Citizen, Collaborator, Designer, Facilitator, and Analyst.

For gathering the data of study, two forms of instruments were used; a questionnaire for the teachers, and observed card for supervisors, both of them include two sections specifically “Empowered Professional”, and “Learning Catalyst”.

The Reliability Coefficients (Cronbach Alpha) of the all sections of both instruments were calculated as 0.93, 0.96, 0.80, and 0.81 respectively.

The results revealed that the degree of availability of the Empowered Professional standards among the teachers has been reached a high level, whereas the part of Learning Catalyst standards scored as a medium level.

As For the supervisors' perceptions on the degree of teachers' practicing of the standards in their instruction was counted at a medium level.

However, the study did not reveal any differences between gender of Supervisors in their evaluation of teachers' practicing, while the study revealed that teachers of Science, Mathematics, English language and Computer have practiced the standards more than the rest of the teachers of the other majors particularly the humanist and religious field.
