The Arab world is facing many crises as a result of the tendency of many Arab political regimes towards democracy, which has become an imperative necessity imposed by internal and external reasons on the suffering of the living reality of problems in various fields as it turned after the collision of this reality from a tool to solve problems to a tool to generate and deepen crises; The reason for this is that the ruling elites are not convinced of the change that has been reflected in the stability of these political systems, which requires the need for a new mindset and re-engineering of many priorities, especially the political system of the country as a whole.

Therefore, this study aims at trying to reach the real reasons behind the failure of the Arab world to adopt a democratic approach.
