Abstract EN

The present study aimed at identifying administrative and academic problems facing students in postgraduate educational programs at Umm Al-Qura University and identifying the differences in the responses according to the variables of the study, in addition to identifying the suggestions that may contribute to reducing these problems.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was used.

And the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the study data, and it responded to (143) students.

The results of the study were: The approval of the study community members to a great extent on the administrative and academic problems.

No significant differences were found between the average responses of the members of the study community to the administrative and academic problems facing them according to the variables of degree and specialization.

The most important solutions suggested by the studies to reduce these problems are: the creation of tracks for programs of higher educational studies commensurate with the needs of the labor market, activating the unit of research consultations and statistical analysis; to include the task of arbitrating the study tool, providing the appropriate classrooms, and equipped with the necessary technologies and capabilities.
