Keeping iraq unity does not depend just on the president of the state but it is a main goal for iraqi people who love his country, so the demands of secession threaten this unity, and Iraq saw this danger when the referendum done in the Kurdistan region, and according to the referendum the Iraqi federal government set of procedures to deal with the demands of separation.

The goal of the research is to show the legality of the procedures followed, and can we end any future demands by separation, And put full stop at the end of the line, preventing any new demands for separation As it was resolved in favor of the unity of Iraq land and people
