the frame work of the relations of lnterdependence and exchange between the developed countries and the developed countries but they took new dimensions and implications especially with in the developments that took place in the globalization and dominated by the financial economy on the broad aspects of the relations lnternational economic and what is called by the lnternational institutions with in the new functions of the policies of economic reform that in cluded many developing countries in cluding Arab countries Egypt the Arab Republic and is in line with the global trends aimed at the intergration and lntergration of economies of these countries and documentation of its link to the recipe for economic reform of the lnternational monetary fund and the world bank calls to unleash the privatization programs and attract foreign investments assisted by the world trade organizations prposals on the freedom of trade the Arab countries including the Arab Republic of Egypt has also implemented economic reform policies in accordance with lnternational recipes in an attempt to find away out of dealing with economic imbalances including balance of payments imblances.
