Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality and implementation requirements of e-governance in education offices through the electronic System (Noor) from the educational supervisors point of view in education offices at Riyadh city, the study used the descriptive survey approach, and the questionnaire as a study tool for collecting the data and it was consisted of two areas, the first area is the reality of implementing e-governance in in education offices at Riyadh city and the Second area is the implementation requirements in the education offices in Riyadh city, the study population consisted of all the educational supervisors in the education offices at Riyadh City with a number of (535) educational supervisor for the academic year 1439/1440H, and the study sample was (150) educational supervisor, The study results showed that the study members responses about the reality of implementing e-governance at education offices in Riyadh city came with a "medium" degree where the arithmetic average was (3.21), the results showed also that there were no statistically significant differences at the indication level of (0.05 = α) between the study members' responses about the requirements of providing (laws and regulations, disclosure and transparency, accountability and accounting) in Noor system, according to the variables of (academic qualification, years of experience in supervision field).

The study reached to a set of recommendations that hopefully contribute to activate the implementation of e-governance in the education offices through the Electronic System (Noor.
