And through the various exploratory studies and exploratory visits to some sports clubs through the examination of some references in this area can be raised the problem of research as follows: How do some handball trainers look at the role of maximum oxygen consumption in picking handball players? We selected 15 trainers from the departments of Qasr Subeihi and Ain Malila.

We chose the sample randomly, because it is the simplest way to select the sample, and use the descriptive approach because it is the most suitable for the subject of our study.
