Abstract EN

All praise be to Allah and peace and blessings be upon the most noble of messengers, the prophet Mohammad and on his family and companions.

-Marital in fidelity is a very sensitive and dangerous subject for the family and society.

-In the past in our Islamic nation there was no in fidelity only in rave cases.

But in our time, despite its prohibition, the in fidelity has been spreaded clearly.

The reason of that is the modern technology, including mobile, the in ternet and other modern means.

-I thought to write about this subject because it is important to most of people and to know the reasons of it, and ways of treatment in the Koran.

-the nature of my research required that I put it in an introduction, three parts and a conclusion.

-the first part is about definition of the infidelity and the evidences of its prohibition and punishment.

-the second part is about the reasons of in fidelity and the methods of treatment.

-the last one is about the effects of in fidelity.

-the conclusion is put as a summary for the most important results.
