Abstract EN

CONCLUSIONPraise to Allah and peace be upon hismessenger Mohammed، his family، companions، and his nation (ummah).

Its obvious to everyone that the hadith (work depend on intention)، is very importantin all religion fields، and withinits important as one of religion pillars، third of it، and its origin، its indeed itsfirst pillar، as its begun with it beforeother pillars.

I wrote my research and Ifound the followings: 1.

Deeds (work) came with intention، andthe intention of a muslim is better thanhis action، therefore most of writers starttheir religious book with it، hoping for itsblessing and to correct their intention sothat their effort will be accepted by Allahpraise be upon him.2.

The rightness of this hadith came onlyfrom Umer Bin Khatab (RAA) (Radi AllahuAnhu)، may Allah be pleased withhim، and this came from the prophet Muhammedpeace may be upon him (sala Allahualaihi wa salam).3.

Most of those who wrote Sunnah'sbook، apart from some Rare's، got thishadith and proved it through Umer BinKhatab Allah may be pleased with him.4.

Most of the peoples who wrote hadithdid not regard this hadith as (Mutawater)by pronunciation، because they didnot got the rightness of its origin (Isnad)form anyone but from Yahya Bin SaeedAL-Ansari، from Muhammed Bin IbrahimAl-Taimi، from Ulqama Bin WaqassAl-Laithi from Umer Bin Khatab، may allahbe pleased with him.
