Abstract EN

Jurisprudence of Imam Yahya ibn Ya`marPraise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our masterMuhammad and his family and companionsand those guided by their guidanceto the Day of Judgment.

After: It is his wisdom to choose the prophet ofhis beloved companions who quoted himloyalty and honesty, and for this blessedgeneration took the followersAs for the optional reason for the research: that the Tabaii Galilee Yahya binYammer did not belong to an independentstudy reveals the fact and show hisstatus.

As for the problems of this research: Theresearch in jurisprudence in front of aparticular requires more than one of thedoors of jurisprudence, and the ImamYahya ibn Ya`mar did not write a translationof his life and did not write one ofhis students according to my knowledge, so I collected what scattered in the foldsof books and came out to introduce thisworld, In the first subject.

My plan in writing the research has madeit an introduction, two papers and a conclusion.

As for the introduction, I presented anoptional reason for the subject with theobstacles facing the researcher when writingthe jurisprudence of the predecessor.

The first topic: presented the life of TaabiYahya bin Yaimer, may God have mercyon him through the books of the biographyand history.

The second topic: I dealt with the views ofthe Companions Yahya ibn Ya`mar, mayAllah have mercy on him.

Then came the conclusion to record themost important findings reached throughthis research Conclusion: Through the issues that I mentioned inthe jurisprudence of the Companions, and the reasoning for him and those whohave accepted it, it is clear that the Taabi'i(may Allaah have mercy on him)The distribution of jurisprudential issueson the basis of the most frequent of thefollowing shows that he had knowledgeand opinion in the most matters of jurisprudence.

The lack of his issues is due to the enceof his predecessorMost of the issues were in non-worshipand is a result of this position.

The study of the jurisprudence of the salafneeds to be studied carefully, deeply anddeeply, because their jurisprudential heritagehas been transmitted to us in thebooks of interpretation, jurisprudenceand archeology, with a number of evidencethat may not be one, two or moreevidence.
