Research SummaryPraise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Mohammad and his family and companions.

In the research entitled: “Travel to pray in Al-Aqsa Mosque under the Jewish occupation, and the extent of its legitimacy, a study of jurisprudence, ” a preliminary request was made to talk about the Al-Aqsa Mosque in terms of why it was called Al-Aqsa, its names, the date of its construction, who built it, its limits, and its characterisitics, and its contemporary reality.

Then, the second requirement: the rule of the visit to Al-Aqsa Mosque in terms of origin, and the rule of travelling to pray in it under the shadow of the Jewish occupation, indicating the disagreement among modern scholars and their evidences and the discussions related to them to reach the most correct vision.

Then, I concluded with the most important results.
