Abstract EN

Recently, many Arabic critical researchesand studies were carried out with regardto the reality of Arab traditions with theemployment of the scientific approach.

Therefore, different mechanisms thatdeal with traditions were floated on thesurface not to mention the appearanceof contrastive criticism towards them, their concepts and means of dealingwith them as well.

Besides, these studiesfound out there were several approachesin the classic criticism including: theLinguistic, the artistic, the historicaland ethical approaches.

Yet, the modernstudies had contrastive views towardsthese approaches especially towards theethical approach.

Moreover, some studiesdisapproved the idea of letting theclassic critic adopt the ethical criterionin accordance with the reading of textsbrought from traditions that upholdthe idea of separating ethics from criticalcriterion.

Furthermore, there areother studies found out that the classiccriticism did not leave ethical criticismbehind and propagandizing for the separationof the ethical criterion in theclassic criticism is described as sneakingto our thoughts within the partial readingsof traditions and taking these textsfrom their contexts.

It is worth mentioningthat there are other critical studiesadopted a moderate stance, it thinksthat the classic criticism depending onthe artistic criterion in comparison withthe rest of criteria.

However, it allowedthe ethical criterion to be present in decisionand it overlapped between the artisticand ethical visions.
