Abstract EN

The research investigates the images in the Quran that root Husseini lament, which is considered as the first and biggest basis of religious legislation.It focuses on what the Quran contains of noble Ayats that show lament , sorrow and weeping.

These events and stories represent a legitimate mental justification to the Husseini lamentation stories and what it conveys of tragically painful events , unprecedented in human history.The present research attempts to explain two overlapping matters.The first is that some Quranic stories stimulate the emotional self-pity and what it contains of emotional and psychological charge to be raised in the recipient, so that he lives in sadness and pain.

The second matter is the utilization of Quran in transferring Husseini tragedy and its elegies to the world on the basis of the Quranic justification.
