This research aims to refute the atheismdoubtable matters in the fields of Metaphysics, epistemology and religion criticism in limitedprinciples which form different aspectsmeanwhile it seem to be multiple and various.

The most important results of the researchthat the basis of atheism deny of Allah is a logicfallacious of: the being of creature advancedto deny the existence of The Creator.

theresearch also revealed the epistemologicalbasis that Atheism in denying the evidencesof Allah Existence which is: mind and sensesare the only source of knowledge, and thesesource in the human don't have the advancedmechanism or ability to understand and thinkof metaphysics, and the rational basis aregoverned by relativity not by necessity.

Alsorevealed that when the atheism critics thereligions it starts by fallacy that the differentreligions points to their non-divine origin, or their similarity affirm the purpose oftheir founder to have the olute authority.

Accordingly we can understand that they arehuman thoughts only.
