Abstract EN

Iraq's economy was in the past decades, a state of near-total usage as a result of the large flow of oil revenues have enabled the state at the time of implementation of an ambitious economic development contributed to the large demand for manpower exceeded what is available at the time, but that the state of the full use of this did not last long, when solutions the eighties with the increasing government spending and the decline in oil prices is no longer possible to maintain the economic balance for a long time and soon the large gap emerged between supply and demand.

At the macro level of the economy depressed economic growth and fewer jobs has led to a significant reduction in the level of use and therefore the real unemployment emergence in Iraq, especially in the period in which the war ended with Iran and the return of a lot of members of the armed forces to the labor market and continued state of economic imbalance and a lack of operating and use as a result of the unstable conditions experienced by the Iraqi economy since the beginning of the nineties to the present day.

In this paper we will try to clarify the impact of the relationship between government investments and raise the level of operation and address the problem of unemployment.
