Abstract EN

Research Summary: Islamic jurisprudence came to solve many of the problems that occur between members of the same community, the most prominent of these problems is the problem of money between the spouses and their dues, and related jurisprudence provisions, it addresses the issue of financial benefits arising from the marriage contract in the event of its dissolution.

The resulting problems among members of the same community in this matter.

For this and the importance of the subject I found it appropriate to address this topic by research and study, I called my research: (the provisions of the value of money and gay in family jurisprudence in Islamic jurisprudence).

I have divided my research on: Introduction, three topics, and a conclusion.

The most important findings of the research, which are the most important: 1.
