SummaryIt is known that the Prophet has built individual in Mecca، and when he arrived to Al-Madinah، a new phase in the construction of the state was the mosque، a place to meet and worship and consultation is the first step، then the fraternity between immigrants and supporters، then was the third phase which was the development of the Constitution of the city، through which developed the foundations of citizenship and peaceful coexistence.

Research has highlighted the important aspects including: - That the citizenship is one of the pillars of the Islamic community building- That justice، tolerance and love are parts of the tasks of living in Grand home- Forensic rooting for citizenship on the perfect basis- That Islam in the light of this document is able to accommodate others- To highlight the model role models for young people in the Muslim way of dealing and openness with the otherThese meanings and foundations have been highlighted and guided by the Quraan and making this model in the light of studying the paragraphs of the Constitution of Al-Madinah، and on the basis of which can be of contemporary society that is on guiding and is pursuing a law to reach the summit of justice، tolerance، love and live in peace away from violence and criminality، which destroyed peoples at all levels of political، economic and social.

The Constitution of Al-Madinah is considered a global model internationally، the first of its kind at the level of the people of constitutions according to the testimony of law specialists، so that the Prophet (pbuh) deals with community mixture contains: Muslims، Jews، the hypocrites، the remnants of the idolaters.

There is no doubt that this mixture needs to statesmanship and good management and foresight in making decisions and solving crises with prudent management balanced and morals of humanity، may represent all of that in the character of Al-Mustafa (pbuh) to the fullest and best trust in Allah in every step and stage.
