The effects ofthe spectacular development of modern technologies have spread to the education sector; which the state has endeavored to provide like other countries; to adapt this sector as the rest of the sectors to developments in the world.

This is evidenced by Algeria’s reforms to educational institutions in recent years, which have realized the need to improve the educational process, and rely on the popularization of means of technology, and our selection of the third axis, entitled E- learning in the educational system in Algeria and the intervention as mentioned above n our intervention we seek to answer the sub- questions namely: Definition of technological means.
