The establishment and transformation of the Islamic securities market is one of the major challenges in the application of Islamic Economics Theories.

This research paper examines the stages, legal and technical requirements necessary -as well as practical methods- for the transformation and establishment of this market, which is one of the most important problems that still need to be presented with clear and detailed visions, in order to provide financial and practical models to allow the Arab and Algerian stock markets to move from their traditional position, based on many financial deviations, to an Islamic situation regulated by Sharia, it can orb the available liquidity, achieve the development goals, the solidarity and balance, and the integration of the Arab and Islamic countries.
