Abstract EN

This research aims to identify the role of commitment to social responsibility in its dimensions in achieving the Virtuous of the organization in one of the important and service sectors, which is the General Company for Industry Southern fertilizers in Basra.

Relied on the theory of social exchange in chosen Purposive sample, they are (manager, assistant director, heads of departments, people officials, and engineers) for their leadership and strategic role in promoting the virtuous of the organization.

The total of the study population was (150) individual and an intentional sample was chosen (100), which is A percentage of (67%) is made up of the study population and the size of the respondent sample was (90), The questionnaire was the main tool for collecting information.

The number of paragraphs reached (31), To test the research hypotheses, statistical methods were used (arithmetic mean, Standard deviation, Spearman correlation coefficient, simple regression coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis), and one of the most important results of the research is that there is a positive correlation relationship for total responsibility Being aware of achieving the virtuous of the organization and reaching the highest connection to the dimension of trust in achieving the virtuous of the organization, as well as having a high impact of integrity in achieving the virtuous of the organization.
