Local environmental administrative control is the set of precautionary measures and measures practiced by local groups, because of the means and capabilities they possess in protecting the environment and maintaining the environmental public system, whose elements are experiencing flexibility and development that require updating the means and tools to confront it in order to achieve it.

Local environmental administrative control achieves environmental protection, as it is a special administrative control through the wide areas of intervention of local groups, in a way that contributes to perpetuating contemporary legal and humanitarian standards in protecting human beings, such as the right to life as well as the right to a clean environment, and reinforces the establishment of the state of right and law.
