To practice the electronic supplier's business through the Internet needs several means, including records through which to restrict the entire electronic business transactions, including several advantages for the electronic supplier and its relationship to both the regulators of the e-commerce activity and the electronic consumer, but these records need a criminal legal protection that benefits both the electronic consumer so as to avoid the harm that may be suffered by the infringement of his personal data processed automatically in order to conclude the electronic transaction, and in the interest of the electronic supplier as it contributes to inspire confidence in its customers and thus flourish with it its business activities on the online platform.
