This scientific article seeks to study the subject of the legal treatment of the Algerian journalist's right to professional training during his career, as well as to closely identify the impact of this important process and its process on performance and practice.

in particular, and therefore its impact on the activity of media institutions in general, and to identify its most significant stages, as well as to determine the most important obstacles it faces and to deepen the reality of the implementing the content of Algerian media legislation in this area, and explaining how the legislator has dealt with the same issue in the various Algerian media laws from independence to the present day, and through the different positions and political and social transformations it has experienced in Algeria.
