Abstract EN

The Current study takes into consideration the designing and rationing of the classes problems scale on the newly employed primary school teachers at laghaout state for the sake of assessing the classes problems levels in particular fields like the problems related to the teacher, to the pupils (learners) to the syllabus, to the school administration and the problems related to the pupils parents.

For that sake, this study aims at realizing that purpose using the descript we method to investigate the scale psychometric features, by limiting down the original community that reaches 382 teachers.
