The aim of the research is to try to identify the new phenomenon of the digital Gap, as well as its aspects and its effects on the Arab countries, and try to develop a vision of creating Arab economic integration through the challenges of narrowing this gap.

The digital access index for measuring the digital Gap in Arab countries was adopted as one of the most widely used indicators for measuring the digital Gap.

The research concluded that technical research and development must be focused on narrowing the digital Gap.
