Abstract EN

The foundations of the hadith jurisprudence of Sheikh Abbas Qomi on the formation of "hadith family" in the Safine al-Bahar.Sheikh Abbas Qimi is one of the greatest Shiite hadith-writers in the 14th century AH.He wrote "Safine al-Bahar wa Madine al-Hekam wa al-Asar ma'a Tatbiq al-Nosus al-Varede Fiha ala Baharolanwar", as a booklet on Al-Baharolanwar_By Allame Majlesi_ in twenty years.In Safine al-Bahar, the author, in addition to the narrating of hadiths of Bahorolanwar alphabetically, elucidates hadiths and has made significant efforts in removing the false information about the Imams.This present study analyzes the important foundations of hadith jurisprudence of the formation of " hadith family" in safine al-Bahar.These foundations have some benefits.

Some of them are:1.

Identifying allocation of general narration.2.

Determining absolute narration.3.

Acquitting the proper meaning of narration.4.

Identifying and correcting the customization of hadiths.5.

Recognising the true commandments and secondary commandments.There are some examples of this book in the present study.The article is written descriptively and analytically based on library resources.Investigations show that "Qomi" has used more explanations of above mentioned hadith jurisprudence.He was more interested in the description of hadiths.

It should be note that his great interest and speciality in field of translation and announcement has caused most of the volume of the book fills with the biographies of Islamic scientists.
