English Abstract

This research is trying to find out from the revolution of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and the blessed renaissance answers to the questions and issues of the times in order to provide urgent intellectual vision inspired by the renaissance of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) help to draw a clear approach to address the issues of the day.

We discussed this came to reveal a citizen actor Arshad attributes that to Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), and the disclosure of the most important principles that guide the relationship with the Muslim citizens, including around.

In order to reach these goals of Research on three sections President, it is : First topic: The titled ((citizenship in Islamic law)) concepts and semantics, we have dealt with this topic in a statement the meaning of the homeland, and the National, and the citizens of the linguistic point of view, and from the point of view of Islamic law.

The third topic: The titled ((principles that guide the Muslim relationship with those around him at the thought of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him))), we have dealt in this section the most important principles and foundations inspired by the thought of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) that must be observed by Muslim citizens in During his relationship with others, and these principles: equality, justice, etc
