Abstract EN

This study aims at determining the efficiency of a proposed program that investigates the role of virtual classes in developing educational technologies standards for Prince Nora University students and their attitude towards them.

The study was administered on 27 students and applied the Quasi-experimental method to determine the efficiency of an independent variable (virtual classes) on a dependent variable (educational technologies standards).

The two tools used in this research were an achievement test which was constructed, and an attitudinal scale.

The research sample had a pre and a post-test and the researcher made the necessary statistical analysis.

The results indicated the presence of statistically significant differences in the cognitive function of the educational technologies standards between the average pre-test score and the average post-test score of the achievement test, due to the use of virtual classes in favor of the post-test.

The results also showed there were statistically significant differences at the 0.01 between average grades of students in the pre and the post-test towards using virtual classes in the educational process in favor of the post-test, this research recommended utilizing the use of different virtual classes in teaching various subjects and offering more training sessions in the field of electronic learning and its modern applications
