Abstract EN

There is a growing interest by all developed and developing societies in education, and a constant concern to improve the performance of the teacher and his educational role to achieve the goals of the educational stages in general and pre-university in particular, and thus emerged many organizations and bodies that are concerned with the professional accreditation of the teacher, giving teaching licence, one of them is Professional Academy of Teachers.

Therefore, the current research is seeking to identify the reality of the efforts of the professional academy for teachers in the educational qualification of pre-university teachers .

In order To achieve this, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of the teachers who had the academic training of (128) teachers and another questionnaire on a sample of (78) supervisors supervising the teachers', and the results of the field segment showed that the educational accreditation program helps them with professional adjustment by (95,31%) them with an opportunity to exchange educational experiences between them and their colleagues (90,63%).

The mentors pointed out that the rehabilitation program helps to change teachersʾ professional performance by (85,9%) and helps them develop their teaching performance by (88,46%).

The most important recommendations of the research are: Providing the educational rehabilitation program for non-educator teachers should be in accordance with each stage of education, taking into account their specialization also, following a system of follow-up and evaluation of their professional and teaching performance after passing this program, and the need to review the scientific material presented in this program by specialists in this area taking into account the opinion of experts from the Ministry of Education , represented in the supervisors who supervise the non educationally qualified teachers and the need to rehabilitate the staff of the Academy on the techniques of dealing with the large numbers of teachers in order to achieve its objectives, and the issuance of a law that obligates teachers to continue their professional growth as one of the conditions for their promotion.
