تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة واقع أخلاقيات العمل في ظل بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية و المتمثلة في متغيري الجنس و الاقدمية المهنية وهي ليست سوى استشرافا أوليا و استطلاعا ميدانيا بمستشفي ابن سينا–عنابة-محاولة من خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا الإجابة على عدد من التساؤلات المقترحة

This study aims to investigate about the reality of work ethics in the context of some demographic variables such as gender and professional seniority.
And this is just an initial forward looking and a field survey in ibn sina hospital annaba.
Through this study ,we attempt to answer some of the suggested questions.

Cette étude vise à enquêter sur la réalité de l'éthique du travail dans le contexte de certaines variables démographiques telles que le sexe et l'ancienneté professionnelle.
Et ce n'est qu'une première enquête prospective et sur le terrain à l'hôpital ibn sina annaba.
À travers cette étude, nous tentons de répondre à certaines des questions suggérées.
