Some of the states that emerged in the Islamic Mashreq became independent by semi-autonomous rule from the Abbasid Caliphate after the Caliphate became a formality and the caliphs by name only.

He invested that friendly relationship with them and became the real prince on the mountainous country, after he proved them his political and military prowess.

He fulfilled this, but expanded and developed his kingdom architecturally and security and spent a lot of money, and his charity had no limits, time and place, but his philanthropy included scholars, scientists and others until he arrived in Mecca and its people, and was a pioneer in the delivery of services to the people and the relief of the blind, the weak, the orphans and widows.

History has recorded bright pages for Badr's charitable work and his charity, which was interrupted only after his death.
