يهدف البحث التعرف الى واقع الخدمات التعليمية في مركز قضاء المحاويل لعام 2018 وذلك باستخدام عدد من مؤشرات ومعايير الكفاءة وتطبيقها لمعرفة بيان درجة كفاءتها ومنها معيار تلميذ/شعبة المحدد محليا ب (30) تلميذ / شعبة والعالمي المحدد ب (30-32) تلميذ / شعبة ،ومعيار تلميذ / مدرسة المحدد محليا ب(360) تلميذ، ومعيار تلميذ/معلم المحدد ب (20) تلميذ / معلم ووفقا لذلك فقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان معدل نصيب التلميذ من الشعبة اعلى من المعيارين المذكورين البالغ(39) تلميذ/ شعبة في مدارس منطقة الدراسة مما يدل على وجود ازدحام للتلاميذ داخل الشعبة الواحدة، واوضحت الدراسة ان معدل نصيب التلاميذ من المدرسة بلغ(401)تلميذ/ مدرسة وهو معدل مرتفع عن مستوى المعيار المحلي المحدد ب(360) تلميذ/ مدرسة مما يشير الى زيادة فترات الدوام الرسمي ، وهذا يشير الى ان الخدمات التعليمية في منطقة الدراسة تتميز بقلة كفاءتها وهذا يمثل جانبا سلبيا على التحصيل العلمي للتلاميذ ،وقد تضمنت الدراسة اربعة مباحث تناول الأول منها دراسة مصطلحات البحث ومفاهيمه، أما الثاني فقد تضمن دراسة العوامل الجغرافية(الطبيعية و البشرية) المؤثرة في كفاءة الخدمات التعليمية في مركز قضاء المحاويل ،واختص الثالث بدراسة التوزيع الجغرافي للخدمات التعليمية في منطقة الدراسة ، وتضمن الرابع دراسة كفاءة الخدمات التعليمية في المنطقة.
English Abstract
The research aims to get acquainted with the reality of educational services in the Mahawil Judiciary Center for the year 2018, by using a number of efficiency indicators and standards and applying them to find out the degree of their competence, including a pupil / division criterion locally defined with (30) pupils / division and the global identified with (30-32) pupils / Division, and the criterion of a pupil / school specified locally (360) pupils, and the criterion of a pupil / teacher specified with (20) pupils / teachers.
Accordingly, the study found that the average student’s share of the department is higher than the mentioned criteria of (39) pupils / sections in Schools of the study area, which indicates the presence of crowding of students within the same division, and the study indicated that a rate of a share Pupils from the school reached (401) pupils / schools, which is a high rate than the local standard specified by (360) pupils / schools, which indicates an increase in official working hours, and this indicates that educational services in the study area are characterized by their inefficiency and this represents a negative aspect to Academic achievement of pupils, the study included four topics, the first of which dealt with the study of research terms and concepts, while the second included the study of geographical (natural and human) factors affecting the efficiency of educational services in the Mahawil District Center, and the third specialized in studying the geographical distribution of educational services in the study area, It includes Fourth study of the efficiency of educational services in the region.
