Arabic Abstract

شهد العراق في السنوات الأخيرة تطورا كبيرا في مجال استعمال التقنيات الحديثة وزيادة المشتركين بالأنترنت، وهي دليل توسع مجتمع المعلومات مما جعل من التعلم، والتعليم الالكتروني وسيلة مهمة لإنجاز واجبات دراسية عديدة يختارها الطالب دون التقيد بمكان محدد.

ونظرا لطبيعة واجبات طلبة الدراسات العليا أصبح الاتقان الالكتروني على قدر كبير من الأهمية لا سيما في الظروف الراهنة التي تتطلب التباعد الاجتماعي، والجسدي، وأشارت الدراسات الى وجود ارتباط بين الدافعية، والكفاءة المعرفية وصولا إلى أداء متقن.

ويستهدف البحث الحالي تعرّف الكفاءة المعرفية، ودافعية الإتقان الالكتروني لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا ومعرفة العلاقة الارتباطية بينهما بحسب متغير الجنس.

وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث الحالي تم بناء مقياس للكفاءة المعرفية، ومقياس للإتقان الإلكترونية، وتم استخراج مؤشرات الصدق، والثبات، والقوة التمييزية.

وتم تطبيق المقياسين على عينة من (100) طالب وطالبة من طلبة الدراسات العليا، وبعد معالجة البيانات احصائيا توصل البحث الى مجموعة نتائج منها تميزّ عينة البحث بالكفاءة المعرفية، وبمجالاتها كافة، وظهر ان الذكور أكثر قدرة من الاناث في ذلك، مع تميزّ العينة بدافعية إتقان الكتروني، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور، والإناث في ذلك، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المتغيرين.

وتوصل الباحث الى مجموعة توصيات منها اعداد برامج تعليمية إلكترونية تساعد على رفع الكفاءة المعرفية، والإتقان الإلكتروني، وزيادة مساحة التعليم الإلكتروني.

ويقترح الباحث اجراء دراسة عن الإتقان الالكتروني لدى طلبة الجامعة وعلاقته بالتحصيل الدراسي

English Abstract

In recent years, Iraq has witnessed a great development in the field of using modern technologies and increasing subscribers to the Internet, which is evidence of the expansion of the information society, which made learning and e-learning an important means for the completion of many academic duties chosen by the student without being restricted to a specific place.

Due to the nature of the duties of postgraduate students, electronic mastery has become of great importance, especially in the current circumstances that require social and physical distancing, and studies have indicated a link between motivation, cognitive competence, and even perfect performance.

The current research aims to define the cognitive competence and motivation of electronic mastery among graduate students and the correlation between them according to the gender variable.

In order to achieve the objectives of the current research, a measure of cognitive competence and a scale of electronic proficiency was built, and indicators of validity, consistency, and discriminatory power were extracted.

The two scales were applied to a sample of (100) graduate students, and after processing the data statistically, the research reached a set of results, among which the research sample was distinguished by cognitive competence and in all its fields, and it appeared that males are more capable than females in that, with the sample distinguished by the motivation of mastery.

Electronic, and there are no statistically significant differences between males and females in that, and there is a correlation relationship between the two variables.

The researcher reached a set of recommendations, including preparing electronic educational programs that help raise cognitive competence, electronic mastery, and increase the area of e-learning.

The researcher proposes to conduct a study on electronic proficiency among university students and its relationship to academic achievement.
