The tax administration aims through modernization to enhance the confidence of taxpayers and improve its relationship with them.

On this basis, the objective of this study is to address the most important measures adopted by the newly developed structures to improve the quality of services provided to taxpayers because of their great importance to both parties.

The study found that the structures created according to the reforms have an effective role in gaining the satisfaction of taxpayers with the quality of services provided to them.
