This study aims to highlight the extent of the contribution of technological innovation to improving the competitiveness of the institution in light of the complex environment in which it lives .

The study concluded that technological innovation based on the latest technologies is one of the most important pillars on which the corporation depends in order to rise to the required level that enables it to get ahead of the international competition, it depends of course on the size of the funding that the institution allocates for this aspect.
