Abstract EN

Under the circumstances of COVID 19 (Coronavirus) pandemic outbreak, and the attendant instability in most activities and fields; both local and international, We have chosen through this research paper to focus on the fields effected positively by the current circumstances.

One among the sectors that have been helped to be developed by COVID 19, is Electronic Commerce, where there has been remarkable and unprecedented development during the quarantine periods applied by most countries, including Algeria, which had not previously paid adequate attention to this field, but this situation have been remedied in the crisis period.

Thus, this permits to Algeria to enhance its position in the global ranking within the Electronic Commerce indicators globally.
