This study explores the theme of creating value through human resource management practice, and studies the contribution of human resource management to the establishment of a complex pharmacy through some modern methods.

In order to measure the value, the public goal attempts to provide a conceptual framework to explain the economic value and practice of human resource managers, and to study the scientific significance of the action level of human resource managers this will increase the economic value of the organization.

The results show that economic value is generated by human resource performance; by measuring the relationship between human capital investment and economic indicators of compound pharmaceutical enterprises.
