Arabic Abstract

يعالج هذا الموضوع مسألة الرقابة القضائية على دستورية المعاهدات الدولية من حيث بيان مدى اختصاص القضاء الدستوري في النظر مدى دستورية ابرام المعاهدة الدولية مع احكام الدستور, وتطابقها مع احكامه من الناحيتين الإجرائية والموضوعية وذلك بوصفه القانون الأسمى في الدولة, وهذا لا يتحقق من دون وجود قضاء دستوري يعمل على ضمان عدم مخالفة التشريعات الأخرى ومنها المعاهدات الدولية لأحكام الدستور.

English Abstract

This topic deals with the issue of judicial oversight over the constitutionality of international treaties in terms of explaining the extent of the constitutional judiciary's competence to consider the extent of the constitutionality of concluding an international treaty with the provisions of the constitution, and its conformity with its provisions in procedural and substantive terms as it is the supreme law in the state, and this cannot be achieved without the existence of a constitutional judiciary It works to ensure that other legislation, including international treaties, does not violate the provisions of the constitution.
