English Abstract

Alcohol and narcotic drugs are among the social scourges that are prohibited by Islamic law, and are rejected by positive legislation, as they inflict heavy damage on society, and they are also auxiliary factors for crime, as they make their users more motivated and daring to commit crime, and less sensitive to the obstacles and fears of behavior that prevent it.

It is not necessary for him to consume large quantities of it in order to have this effect, but rather a small dose of it is taken by a person who has a criminal tendency that is sufficient for him to commit to the most serious crimes.

This poses the danger of intoxicants and narcotics, and requires our attention to them.
