The world is shaken by the covid19 pandemic and Algeria is struggling through this difficult situation, which will reveal in a context of health crisis, the value of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Our article looks at the role of CSR and its impact when leaders are expected to protect the health of their employees and mobilize to protect the health of the citizen while supporting the country's economy.

Faced with this observation, some companies have assumed their CSR role to the best of their ability, while others have taken advantage of the health crisis to receive unduly received debts.

Our study has shown that several CSR actions have been carried out to improve the well-being of the population .This analysis allowed us to understand the interest that CSR could bring to social economic development, if it were best managed by each company in times of crisis

Le monde est ébranlé par la pandémie covid19 et l'Algérie traverse difficilement cette situation difficile, qui révèlera dans un contexte de crise sanitaire, la valeur de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE).

Notre article se pencher sur le rôle de la RSE et son impact quand les dirigeants sont censés protéger la santé de leurs employés et mobiliser pour protéger la santé du citoyen tout en soutenant l'économie du pays.

Face à ce constat, quelques entreprises ont assumé au mieux leur rôle de RSE, quand d'autres ont profité de la crise sanitaire pour toucher des dus indument perçus.

Notre étude a montré, que plusieurs actions de la RSE ont été effectuées pour améliorer le bien-être de la population.
