Abstract EN

This article deals with a three-dimensional problem facing the social sciences in Algeria.

the first, it is original, linked to the methodological epistemological dimension: these sciences hesitated between adopting the methods of the natural sciences or having special methods designed for themselves.

until it is said that some of between them have many approaches with little results! As for the second of its problems, it is linked to a set of obstacles of an anthropological nature in our country: the local cultural and organizational institutions which have prevented the effective cultivation of these sciences in an environment other than their original environment.

The third is a pure anthropology linked to traditional, religious and ethnic thought.

The three problems plead to present to those who are interested another more acute social problem.

It is related to the extent of the possibility of a juxtaposition between what are traditional social ties, religious and ethnic and what are modern social ties, civil and citizens.

And in the event that this juxtaposition is theoretically possible, then what are the methods to achieve it?
