We have examined the effectiveness of the amicable settlement of disputes in the postal market and electronic communications in light of the Algerian law, and we have concluded that the friendly settlement has a prominent role in resolving the state’s disputes with foreign investors, while its effectiveness in disputes between dealers and between them and among subscribers.
