Administrative easements are among the restrictions on the right of private real estate, which limit the powers of the owner from the use and full use of his property, without depriving him of legal ownership, but he receives compensation in the event of damages when implementing these easements what was stipulated by the algerian legislator in accordance with the law regulating that easement, and in the absence of the legal text, the referral is made to the application of the law of expropriation for the public benefit.
