Abstract EN

This study deals with the legal deposit of works in Algerian legislation, as it aims to highlight the role that the deposit of works plays in preserving the rights of authors and their public and private successors, as well as its role in preserving the national cultural and intellectual heritage, as it is a public interest that is pertinent to the state.

A statement of the extent to which the Algerian legislation related to the deposit of new works keeps pace with, and the implications of filing on the one hand, and the consequences of non-compliance with its procedures on the other hand.
