تعتبر الوكالة الوطنية لترقية الاستثمار أحد الأجهزة الإدارية الهامة في مجال الاستثماربحيث سمح لها بتسيير العقار الصناعي إلا أن المشرع تراجع عن ذلك في ظل المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 17-100 المتضمن صلاحيات الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار و استغنى بذلك عن صلاحياتها في التسيير.
Abstract EN
The National Agency for the Promotion of Investment is considered one of the important administrative bodies in the field of investment, as it was allowed to operate industrial real estate, but the legislature withdrew from that in light of Executive Decree No.
17-100 containing the powers of the National Agency for Investment Development and thus dispensing with its powers of management.
