تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مختلف الجرائم التي تخل بمبدأ نزاهة الممارسات التجارية و تمس أساسا بمصالح المستهلك بدءا بالإشارة إلى التجاوزات التي تطال الالتزامات القبلية على التعاقد وصولا إلى تعداد جرائم الممارسات التجارية غير الشرعية ثم جرائم الممارسات تجارية التدليسية.
Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the various crimes that aim to violate the principle of the integrity of commercial practices that mainly affect the interests of the consumer, starting with a reference to the breaches that affect the tribal obligations to the contract, ,and we enumerated the crimes of illegal commercial practices and then the crimes of fraudulent commercial practices.
