Abstract EN

This research shows us the extent to which the wilya contributes to implementing the urban development policy, the powers granted to its administrative bodies in this regard, and the most important legal means devoted to the wilya in light of the general policy for preparing the region and its sustainable development, in addition to standing on the most important obstacles that hinder its effectiveness.
