Abstract EN

Regarding to its efficient role in economic development and social stabilization, Algerian legislator, as others, had often interested in private real property, this attention is reflected in endorsement of legal texts that guarantee a penal protection of this property in side, and implantation of legal means, which repulse aggressions may affect private real property in the other side.

Despite the existence of a penal protection of real estate but indeed many legal problems that related to act of property are raised because of ambiguity of legal texts, difficulty of its interpretation and diversity of aggressions against private real property
