تعتبر الشركات المساهمة أمثل طريقة للاستثمار نظرا للضمانات القانونية التي يفرضها القانون التجاري على أعضاء مجلس الإدارة فيها ففي حالة إفلاس الشركة يمتد هذا الإفلاس إلى أعضاء الإدارة كجزاء عن سوء تسييرهم كما انهم ملزمون بالدين و العجز في موجودات الشركة

Joint stock companies are considered the best way to invest, due to the legal guarantees imposed by commercial law on their board members, in the event of bankruptcy of the company extends to the members of the administration as a punishment for their mismanagement, and they are also bound by the debt and deficit of the company's assets.
