This study sheds light on the influence of the establishment and activity of the municipal association of charitable nature and neighborhood committees with the Corona pandemic, through the analysis of Instruction No.
19 of 05/06/2020 related to accompanying and facilitating the registration of municipal societies of charitable solidarity and neighborhood.
